I’m always seeking new adventures when I have a moment at home.
I had heard about Emirates One & Only Wolgan Valley a while ago, and it’s been at the top of my list for a weekend away for quite some time! We finally managed to get around to visiting this gorgeous spot, and my gosh it was simply perfect. I’m now recommending it to everyone I know!
Once you arrive on the property, it’s a genuine escape. You park your car at the entrance and get chauffeured by jeeps to the reception for check-in.
Emirates One & Only Wolgan Valley is the ultimate Australian experience, that still manages to be incredibly tasteful and luxurious. I truly felt like I was experiencing what Australia is all about, in such a relaxed and secluded environment.
There are 39 villas on the property. 36 being Heritage Villas, all complete with private pools. We spent the night in a Heritage Villa. However, we also had the pleasure of enjoying some time in the two bedroom Wolgan Villa, which you’ll also be able to peek below.
Even though you are in almost the middle of nowhere, there is so much to do. You can do a sundowner tour which is pretty much a picnic at sunset and viewing of wildlife. You are able to enjoy an incredible (one of the best I’ve had) spa treatment, or go biking or hiking as all villas come with mountain bikes. Or you can wine and dine all day while looking out on some amazing Aussie cliffs. Or you can just chill out on your deck or pool in the privacy of your own villa.
See below our experience, hope you’ll be able to make it there someday as it’s now one of my favourite Australian experiences!
This place looks like the perfect weekend retreat. Zero hassle for sweet serenity in the countryside. I appreciate you sharing your experience with us. – Janelle

Your pictures never fail to make my day! Stay gorgeous and adventurous! <3!
I love that field of Kangaroos and the way you take your pictures are to die for. I know you plan your outfits to where you’re going to but how do you pack it all away, or what else do you do to make it all happen?
