The Bower Byron Bay

Home away from home. That’s what Byron Bay feels like. I can truly picture myself living in Byron Bay one day. I’ve only ever visited twice, but both times I’ve absolutely loved it. Everyone is so kind and relaxed, and nothing ever seems to be a problem, or a bother to the locals. It’s truly a great place to escape for a few days and just unwind. We drove up to Byron from Sydney for a week away from the city. I’m excited to be sharing with you some of the places we stayed during our time here. First up is The Bower Byron Bay. We stayed in The Bower Barn, located at the back of the property. The property is currently undergoing renovations on the pool, but it’s set to open in about a month, so lock this one into your Spring/Summer road trip calendar! Although we stayed during the time of renovations, it didn’t bother us at all and the staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful during our time here. The property itself is located close to everything. Like all things in Byron, nothing is ever too far away. Right next door you’ll find the General Store Byron Bay, the perfect spot for breakfast, and five minutes drive away is the town and main beach.

Below is a look into our stunning room, The Bower Barn. The BowerBarn is a private oasis, housed under a pitched roof with reclaimed wooden beams and restored cottage windows. The Barn doors slide open at each end for extended private living space, should you want to spend some time sitting outside privately. The kitchenette is also super handy and provides everything you need if you want to stay inside to eat, which we did! The bathroom is an amazing highlight with it’s full glass ceiling and egg bath. I spent so much time in there relaxing in the baths and looking up at the stars. I was just obsessed with our stay and hope you might be able to experience it yourselves one day.

Take a peek below to tempt yourself into a visit to Byron & for more details on The Bower Byron Bay, you can find them here.

Everything looks so relaxing and cozy. It’s my goal to make it back to Australia again one day. Hopefully, I can check Byron out when I’m there!
