I’ve been meaning to make to over to The Botanica since it opened a few months ago. This newly opened fine dining establishment has been decked out to create a modern botanic dream. My personal favourites on the menu were the oysters (as always), the tuna dish, and the pumpkin dish. Apologies for not getting the names, I was clearly focussed on the eating part. The desserts were also an amazing way to finish! I thought my favourite would be the lavender pannacotta, but it was definitely be the raspberry gelato.
I’d recommend this spot for a catch up date with the girls, if you’re feeling a little fancy!
